DAY 11 🛹 Bert slide
I’ve always thought bert slides looked SO cool, so obviously I had to give it a try!!
Today we’re breaking down the frontside bert slide on flat ground into **4 levels**, so you can practice step by step instead of jumping straight into the full movement.
It’s all about getting low, finding your balance, and gradually connecting the movements.
Still working on making it look smooth, but that’s what this series is all about: learning as we go! 🫶
