My 228th waterfall, Lower Cave Falls, was very much earned as we hiked the Speed Trail 31E to the Lewis River, traversed rocks and boulders, logs and trees, through a beautiful autumn forest full of mushrooms to finally get to this magically enchanting waterfall. ‘Twas an adventure!
