Training is good when you improve

How not to improve is by hitting everything, at once, all the time

Chase many rabbits, you’ll rarely catch one

Your programming matters - this stuff stacks and at the ripe old age of 29 and with many years in the coaching space I’ve seen riders/athletes train ‘hard’ with busy work and make barely any progress

If you’re training and care about being a good athlete, might as well get it right and not waste years staying the same

Want to nail off season training so you can smoke the pack in 2027 and actually make insane fitness gains, DM me ‘TEAM’ or head to my bio for access 👊🏽

I’m not a fan of variation, too hard to measure progress if you keep changing every 5 mins
