A cheeky close to home van weekend…..despite the migraine, the impending storm(s) and the post work dash it was all worth it for this sunrise and a wonderful almost people free wander round Holy Island.
Next year, homegrown crab apple jelly #ifmytreearrivessoon
A quick stop on the causeway to take a picture of a Heron (it naffed off as I got there)
Then onto the England coastal path at Beadnell for a few #very windswept miles….
Toasty warm and dry @delta_roam no match for storm Boelo
A cuppa and few chapters to warm up….but the wind was picking up due to incoming Storm Boelo….so sometimes discretion is the better part of valour so table for 6pm cancelled, a late lunch @landingatbeadnellbay of the most delicious fish finger sarnie then hoofing it for home to beat the breeze.
Cue sad face….
