dear volleyball,
there’s no way to truly put into words what i felt when i heard the last whistle blow. nothing could’ve prepared me for ending the sport i’ve played consistently since 4th grade.
i am forever grateful for everything this sport has given me. the friendships, the bonds, the coaches, each of these has made me into the player i am today. the ppl i have met along the way are what made this sport so enjoyable. i will forever be grateful for the special bond that i have with each and every teammate. thank you volleyball for introducing me to some of my bestest friends and creating lifelong memories.

this game has taught me to never give up, work hard and to make every moment count. every practice, every early morning and late night, every plyo workout, and every drill…made it all worth it.

i will forever miss the long tournament days, the practices, the locker room dance parties, the bus rides, the yoga sessions, the team meals, the snapchat filters, and the ppl who made it so fun.

to my teammates, you guys are my sisters. every conversation, every hug, every laugh, every cheer, i will forever cherish. remember that i will always cheer you on and support you from the sidelines. i will never forget my times spent with you all.
