This is Levi having one of his little “spa”evenings…

Except this isn’t just a foot soak. It’s an old-fashioned wellness treatment that I absolutely love.

Mustard foot soaks have been used for generations as a warming treatment when someone is starting to get sick or already feeling under the weather.

You can follow a warming foot soak with Magic Sock Therapy, and there are so many other wonderful treatments that most parents have never even heard of.

I love bringing these old traditions back into our home. There is so much more we can do to care for our little ones than most of us were ever taught!

Inside 𝗠𝗮𝗺𝗮’𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁, I teach you all about these traditional treatments, when to use them, and how to do them safely for their age.

✦ 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗦𝗧 and I’ll send you the details!

Doors open November 21.
