Я как природа
Снова осень
Никто не спросит
В корнях повязнем
Всё ниже ниже к Земле
Прогибаясь
Я прогибаюсь
Как цветок
Сухой погост
Не брось
Не брось меня
Мороз

Some simple things to fix that simply just need a little time + more exposure, but overall, a very successful second block 🙂‍↕️ back to all time strength levels and still much more to come.

Rain pouring down.
One final adjustment.
Then a deep breath before moving on.

Some people think race day is only about the start itself.
But most of it is control.

Control the breath.
Control the focus.
Control the moment when the last adjustment is finished,
someone gives you a reassuring pat on the shoulder, and it's time to leave everything else behind.

No PA this time.
Just heavy rain, continuous cheering from the stands, and one quiet breath before walking back toward the track.

That's why I love the routine.
Because routine keeps you steady when the pressure starts to build.
It keeps you honest.
