My favourite people , love you guyssss 🥹💙

ad One morning doing my makeup I looked in the mirror and thought, you look SO tired 😩 Dull, dry, no glow.

Three kids, a house move and never being the best sleeper will do that... and I’m not getting any younger either. 😂

My mum has been taking @elavatesuperfoods for ages and kept telling me to try it, so I finally gave it a try. I’m not very good at sticking to things, but a scoop of vanilla in my morning smoothie has actually stuck.

A few months in, my skin looks more hydrated, I look less tired around the eyes and my hair feels softer. I even ache a little less after my long runs 🏃‍♀️ - it’s not a miracle worker, but I’ll take it.

They’ve got a 90-day money back guarantee and always have an offer on. The link is in my bio @katie_ellison ✨

Shoe gift ideas — the sneakers, flats, loafers, and boots I’d add to my own wishlist!

These are the sneakers, flats, loafers, and boots that I reach for over and over — comfortable, easy to wear, and actually wearable with everyday outfits. This list should surprise no one as I wear these alllll the time. Each of them are perfect for a mom, best friend, or yourself. And none of them will just sit in the closet or only be worn a few times. These are your workhorse shoes that you’ll grab all the time!

Comment SHOP and I’ll send you links to all of them!
