Rent to buy my tiny house 💕
If you are interested please go and watch the wonderful YouTube walkthrough by @livingbiginatinyhouse
Message me for the link

To make it happen 🍯
-Must be able to take it early December
-Cover the cost of transport (it cost $7k to move it from Mid coast NSW to Southern Vic)
-Be able to make repayments of $540 a week for 5 years. It will be much less of you have a good deposit
- Tell me about yourself and why you think the tiny house is right for you
- Have a place you can safely put it. Will need access to power and water

If you would like to buy the tiny outright the price is 100k at half of what it cost me to have built.
To rent to buy it’s the same asking price- but 8% interest to repay over 5 years - even with interest it’s a financial loss for me

Tiny house is currently in Golden Beach, Victoria 🐝

Please help spread the word 🙏

Good luck 🐝✨
