At just 7 YEARS OLD, my boy has landed his first official sponsorship deal worth $5,500 from AUSTEIRE after being recognised for his, unmatched dedication and potential to become a future champion. 🙏🏆
But what makes me prouder than the money, the recognition or the sponsorship is the WORK HE PUTS IN BEHIND THE SCENES. ❤️
Early mornings. Training sessions. Discipline. Repetition. Doing the things most kids his age wouldn’t even want to do.
And the crazy part? HE ACTUALLY LOVES IT. 💯
Why? Because he’s seeing the results out on the footy field. He’s seeing his hard work paying off when he laces up his gloves and cracks the pads with Dad . He’s feeling himself get stronger, faster, more confident and better every week.
He’s learning a lesson that will stay with him for life: THE WORK YOU PUT IN WHEN NOBODY IS WATCHING WILL SHOW WHEN EVERYONE IS. 🔥
He doesn’t need to be glued to an iPad or video games all day to keep himself entertained. Give this boy a footy, a training session a chocolate bar 🍫 and a goal to chase, and he’s in his element. 🏉💪

Most see the achievement and think it’s luck or comes easy. You see all that goes on during the ordinary moments. The long hours, hard work, discipline, dedication and consistency. That’s a mindset! Whilst all the other kids were doing what’s comfortable and easy, he was building. All that hard work now revealed. Congratulations to both of you! You set that foundation. 👏👏👏
