1996 in the glass.
Thirty years ago Champagne gave us one of the great vintages of the century. On 7 November we open more than 24 of them at CORI, for the 28th Top 20 Champagne Tasting and Soirée, a tradition that began in 1999.
The evening starts at 18.00 with amuse-bouches and six Champagnes. At 19.00 award-winning Executive Chef Brian Mark Hansen, Bocuse d’Or gold 2023, serves six courses, each with its own Champagne. From 22.30 the De Luxe Cuvée is poured at the Champagne bar, with jazz on the Copenhagen Riviera.
The bottles have grown rare. So have the seats. Only a few remain.
