My second week @holmenlofoten. Like the first it was full of delicious food from the master forager @wildfooding and the master of spices @david_de_silva. All the food was perfectly paired with amazing cocktails by @mhjorthh, I swear she’s an alchemist. Amazing spoon work from @leejohnphillips. Everything else was handled by the fantastic team who work the kitchen and the front of house. Thank you. Lofoten provides the theatre and is thrilling and is different every day. What a place. Holmen is a very special, magical place run by a family from the heart and is full of inspiration and creativity.
