5 health ‘hacks’ I don’t believe in or truely just think are overrated ➡️

If you need a ring or number to tell you slept badly, you’re not optimising… You’ve just outsourced the one sensor you were born with. Use the data to learn, not to decide how you feel.

Gentle movement has its place.
But your body still needs to be able to jump, sprint, lift and land, otherwise it slowly forgets how to.

If your bedtime routine has 11 steps, it’s actually just keeping you up. A dark room, that’s nice and cool and aim for bed at the same time each night 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ice baths, massage guns and compression boots are nice but sleep is free. If your sleep sucks, just start there. It’s the most important tool for recovery.

Sunlight, lemon water, journaling, breathwork… by the time you finish, the day’s over 😂
Pick one & start your day!

Chad Robertson @tartinebaker has arrived in brooklyn and opened his own establishment @altaubakery He kindly sent up an assortment of breads and pastries to sample Sooooo good!!! Thank you @rachelshechtman for introducing me to a new place We have loved Tartine for years !
