Disgusting service on the 30th October I was trying to pay for a ticket to Solihull using cash at the cash machine at Wycombe station I put a sum of £25 into the machine the machine wouldn’t except rest of the cash I had for the fair and it said it would give me my money back. It didn’t. I went to seek help the man said that there was nothing he could do till Monday so I then had to fork out another £33 to buy my ticket. When I get on the train there was no seats. I have absolutely had enough of this train line. Constant lateness, the facilities not working ie the plug sockets and the wifi and not only that the service is so expensive compared to other trains in the country. @chilternrailway sort it out it’s an embarrassment.

Monday we used the Birmingham to Bicester service and was absolutely disgusted! No where to sit other than first class, we was told to leave and made to stand in the area by the doors along with a pregnant lady, an elderly couple and some other passengers. £60 to stand! Not mention the pregnant lady and elderly couple also made to stand! Delayed also last week for nearly two hours! All toilets out of order. A disgrace to the working class of this country! Constant let down!

Your London Marylebone to Birmingham trains used to be so comfy & cosy, but I just got on the 15.11 Warwick Parkway to Marylebone and this train (new-looking interior) has to charging points (ON A COMMUTER TRAIN 😂) and really uncomfortable, upright seats. It’s a bit like the god-awful Thameslink trains. Please tell me this isn’t an anomaly & isn’t the future?! My back can’t take it!
