every few months i organise group trips around the world with like-minded creatives. a common practice i love to bring to these immersions is encouraging people to do a full digital detox.

no phone, no distraction, no stimulation.

during this recent ladakh journey i co-organised, we didn’t do a full digital detox, however the journey still really helped to zoom out, tune into the moment and connect with nature’s magnificent beauty and power.

nature always brings me back to myself. and camels do too apparently 😆🐫
