A look back at Maya Bazaar, held on 10–11 October at The Lalit Ashok, Bengaluru. AIF was glad to participate as a community partner, with our bakers bringing their enthusiasm and creations to the event.

I would urge you to really make the space accessible. I don’t think the space was accessible for wheelchairs users at all. I am not a wheelchair user but then I had such a tough time navigating the space. Packing up the stall was a nightmare because there was no way I could move my trolley on the bumpy pathways. I had to ask for help from people visiting the stalls to help me move the boxes. Also accessing the washrooms was so difficult. One had to go around all the stalls and into the hotel to use them. I don’t know how PWDs were actually using it.
