C¥rse me! – Activist VDM Challenges Pastor Ibiyeomie after he declared that his attackers whom he has c¥rsed are no more Social media activist VeryDarkMan has criticised the founder of Salvation Ministries, Pastor David Ibiyeomie, over his remarks about c¥rsing people who trouble him. Ibiyeomie, speaking during a church programme, claimed that his prayers could render his critics useless, boasting about the power of his tongue. He said, “ any one who want to trouble me i c¥rse them, you have pen then get tongue. And my tongue is stronger your pen. I know what to pray that the person will be useless for life. Even those who are in political powers, when I pray against them, that’s the end.” Reacting to the video on his social media page, VeryDarkMan challenged the pastor to identify the people he claimed to have c¥rsed, describing his remarks as an attempt to intimidate critics. “Call their name. All the social media people that you have c¥rsed, call their name. I dare you to call their name. You are a liar,” he said. He further challenged Ibiyeomie to direct his alleged spiritual powers at him, saying, “Pray against me. Pray against me. I want you to c¥rse me.” The activist accused some religious leaders of using fear and manipulation to control worshippers, adding that social media had become a tool for exposing practices that previously went unchallenged. He also cited Romans 12:14, which instructs Christians to “bless them who persecute you. Bless and not c¥rse,” and Matthew 5:44, where Jesus teaches believers to pray for their enemies. VeryDarkMan further questioned why pastors who claim to possess spiritual powers to c¥rse their critics did not demonstrate such powers when churches and worshippers faced att@cks. He also accused some clerics of thre@tening members with misfortune if they failed to pay tithes and offerings. “Your powers don’t work that time. But when it is time for, ‘Oh, bring tithe,’ you start manipulating people and telling them that if they don’t pay their tithes, their life will be miserable,” he said.

NVIDIA open-sourced a speech model that can handle 40 languages and overlapping voices, then released MotionBricks for fast AI-generated character animation. Anthropic also launched ready-made Claude tools for legal work. Claude was used to rebuild an Airbnb as a full 3D walkthrough from a few photos, while a startup used research on living brain cells to build a video model that generates clips faster and cheaper. Reddit shares fell 29% as Google’s AI answers cut into search traffic, and Andrej Karpathy used Claude to build his own YouTube alternative in two hours. Sam Altman argued that keeping RAM inside personal computers wastes scarce memory that could serve AI workloads in data centers. A startup also built glasses that turn silent speech into text at over 200 words per minute, while Google ran an AI chip in space as an early test for future orbital data centers. Simulon showed AI characters that can react to your actions, voice and surroundings inside real footage. Google released Genie 4, which creates playable worlds in real time, while China’s AI stock index fell 40% from its peak, wiping out around $480 billion in market value. And one developer built a free AI app that turns IKEA manuals into interactive 3D assembly guides. What caught your attention most this week? 🤔💬
