I started watching Zanjeerain for Sajal because she’s been my absolute favourite actress forever. I’ve watched pretty much all of her work, and I genuinely don’t think there’s anyone who lives a character the way she does. But this show gave me Danyal, and I have to say, he gained a whole new fan through it. And then there’s Sajal and Danyal together… I genuinely wasn’t prepared for their chemistry. I’ve watched Sajal with so many co-actors, but there’s something about these two that just feels SO different. Their chemistry is so raw, natural and effortless. They don’t even need an intimate scene—just put them in the same frame, give them one glance at each other, and THAT’S IT. The chemistry speaks for itself. Which is exactly why I’ll forever be mad that Zanjeerain underutilised them so badly. They were literally the best ship, yet they barely got enough scenes together, and we were deprived of so much of their story. They only got together towards the very end, and even without a full-blown romance throughout the drama, their little moments, glances and the way they looked at each other were enough to make me completely obsessed. They deserved a proper story of their own. I genuinely cannot get enough of them and I don’t think I’m ever going to move on. It’s criminal to not cast these two in every trope that has ever existed because JUST LOOK AT THESE TWO 😭. They have the kind of chemistry that deserves to be explored in every possible universe.🥹❤️
