Something I’ve been quietly working towards…🤭

This year I really wanted to challenge myself in a different way. I’ve spent years building strength, competing in bodybuilding and powerlifting, but getting genuinely FIT was something I wanted to work on.

So my running era began.

A side quest to my strength training goals.

It’s been humbling starting from scratch with something, but I’ve actually really enjoyed being a beginner again and seeing the progress week to week. 🚀

And because I'm a competitive person and love having goals to work towards...

I’ve signed up for my first HYROX! 6 weeks to go. Will share more over these weeks in the lead up 🏃‍♀️

Any content you specifically want to see just let me know xxx

Three days in Edinburgh and I’m starting to suspect the Scots have figured something out.
Everything feels a little slower here. People are friendly without being annoying about it, the city is small enough to get lost in without actually getting lost, and even the ugly weather somehow suits the place.
It’s all crooked streets, old stones, warm pubs and that weird feeling that a witch might live upstairs and nobody would give a shit.
I like that. It’s cosy without being cute. A little rough, a little magical, and completely uninterested in impressing anyone.
Flying back to Milan tonight.
Not particularly thrilled about it.

Do you need a bottle of water or anything before the meeting?

A Brazilian Military Police officer has attracted attention for his striking appearance, with large tattoos covering the side of his head and neck. His uniform identifies him as a sergeant, while his beret and insignia reflect his service within Brazil’s Military Police, a state level force responsible for public security and patrol duties.

Brazil’s Military Police operates separately from the country’s armed forces, despite its military structure, ranks and traditions. Officers undergo training to respond to emergencies, maintain public order and combat crime, often working in challenging environments where policing can be particularly dangerous. 🇧🇷👮
