Trust me. Easier said than done. I find myself on autopilot a LOT.

But when I take the much needed time to zoom out, I almost stand behind myself and observe as an outsider. And a lot of the time I catch myself like, “woah… why tf am I thinking that?”

And if that thought isn’t in alignment with where I am or where I want to be, I consciously choose a different one.

The more we do this, the faster we catch ourselves. The more aware we become. And eventually, those new (better) thoughts become the autopilot.

The question is… are you even aware of your thoughts?

That’s a fact!!! I’ve been working on being more self aware of my thoughts and how they try to dominate… until I take control again and redirect the energy into something more constructive and productive. It’s an endless process, but it really does help regulate the nervous system when you’re aware of the thoughts taking up space unnecessarily. 💋 I overstand you my fellow bull. ♉️
