Glossy’s signature honey matcha and hojicha lattes

QUAT is hosting a collaboration with Glossy Matcha from Jeju Island, Korea. Glossy works closely with Jeju’s leading growers to offer the island’s finest organic matcha and hojicha.

Founder Jay Yoon, a longtime food and beverage specialist, will be serving his signature honey matcha and hojicha lattes at the QUAT cafe.

AJ, co-founder of QUAT, met Jay last May while visiting matcha regions in Jeju and was struck by the care and quality behind Glossy’s work. We’re glad to welcome Glossy to our campus and share their matcha and hojicha with Los Angeles.
