Black 🖤 White 🤍 Another favourite colour combination. This shirt is a recent purchase from @hm It’s from a current collaboration with the designer Elie Saab. You can get a better idea from the video as it got a bit creased. The bow is detachable. I paired it with a @zara blazer @spanx leggings and @hollandcooperclothing boots. The perfect elegant look to take you from day to night 🌙 Have a lovely evening and happy November 🍂 #fashioninspiration#autumnfashion#outfitplanning#styleinspo

Where do I even start? This is such a bittersweet moment. I am a first-generation college student and the first in my family to attend a Historically Black College or University. My journey didn’t start off perfectly. I was confused, unsure of myself, and overwhelmed. But somewhere along the way, I found my peace and fell in love with public health. I’m one step closer to my goal of being a clinical research health professional. I want to thank all my friends and family who have stood by me throughout this journey, encouraged me, and reminded me that I could do it even when I doubted myself. And to those who thought I wouldn’t make it, look at me now. Sometimes, it’s best to let your accomplishments speak for themselves. Younger me always thought I had to be perfect. But I’ve learned that not everything will go your way, plans will change, and life will test you. Still, the storm never lasts forever. A little advice to anyone still figuring things out: The sky is the limit. Don’t limit yourself just because you lack confidence or feel like you’re not ready. You’ll never know what you’re capable of until you try. It’s okay to take risks, make mistakes, learn along the way, and grow. Remember, everyone has their own path and their own timeline. Don’t compare your journey to someone else’s. Trust yourself enough to see where life can take you. Through every high and low, every doubt, and every obstacle, WE MADE IT. WE DID IT! I’ve seen countless viral videos claiming that rotisserie chicken is the most dangerous food on the planet. So I decided to search information about some of the biggest concerns 1. The plastic
Polypropylene (#5) is the same plastic as yogurt cups and microwaveable containers. It’s heat-stable (melts around 320°F), BPA-free, and FDA-cleared for food contact. 2. The chlorine rinse
This happens to the raw bird at the plant, and then it’s fully cooked. It’s not household bleach. The USDA caps chlorine-based antimicrobials at 50 ppm, and chillers often run around 3-5 ppm (US tap water can contain up to 4 ppm). The point is to cut Salmonella and Campylobacter. The EU prefers hygiene controls throughout production instead, which is a policy choice, not evidence of harm. 3. Sodium phosphate
A super common additive in cheese, deli meat, baked goods, and canned soup. It keeps meat juicy. The FDA classifies it as “Generally Recognized as Safe.” One note: people with chronic kidney disease are often told to limit added phosphates. 4. Carrageenan
A seaweed-derived thickener also found in ice cream, yogurt, and plant milks. Food-grade carrageenan is approved by the FDA and EFSA. It’s not the same as poligeenan, a degraded form that isn’t allowed in food. Gut-inflammation concerns come mostly from cell and animal studies, and human evidence is limited. Some people with sensitive digestion report bloating. 5. They spend all day under heat lamps Costco maintains strict 2hr max for all chickens, but most are picked up by customers before that. You can plan your trip around 10am/1130am/4-430pm to grab it during a restock and avoid any time under the heat lamp At $4.99, (cont in comments)
