Being a kind person doesn’t mean you have to be available to everyone, accept every request, or constantly put your own needs aside.

Sometimes saying no is simply recognizing your limits.

You can love people and still have boundaries.
You can care deeply without carrying everything.
You can be kind without constantly trying to please everyone.

And most importantly, your worth isn’t measured by how many people you make happy.

God never asked you to be everything for everyone.

Protect your peace. Keep a good heart. Let God guide you. 🤍
