// financial mindfulness

something the founder noticed: automated tracking hides your habits. manual tracking helps you see them.

the move? a hybrid approach

1. automate your bills: college life is chaotic. autopay for your rent, phone, or utilities helps you avoid late payments, which can hurt your credit and cost you late fees.

2. automate your savings: set up a small automatic transfer to savings on payday. you “pay yourself first” before you have a chance to spend it.

3. track your spending by hand: logging your groceries, coffee runs, and weekend outings yourself keeps that little “sting” that helps you notice your habits. typing “brunch w/ the girls: $65” hits different.

awareness first, autopilot second. that’s why ZYLIVA has no bank login, on purpose.

save this if you’re learning your money
