I have been working on some more abstract pieces. This one was from a wood firing previously, but I’m gearing up to continue more underglaze exploration on ceramic pieces. This form is simple and the surface shares most of the conversation. Some smaller pieces coming up, that have multiple thrown and altered parts attached. So things will get a little more complex but hopefully I can convey the feelings through form and color in the upcoming series. The past influences the future!
