Hes right tho. The worst thing you could do is hunker down in your house with all your ammo and canned goods untill a roaming gang comes by and burns it to the ground. The only way forward is knowing and working with all ypur neighbors and haveing relationships and plans in place on a local level.

It’s funny I know people only one hour outside of a major metropolitan city who don’t even go to the grocery store. There’s millions of people in America living off the land as we speak. Water wells on their property is the main advantage. And once most of the population dies off there will be a huge explosion of wildlife. For Those of us left food will not be an issue. And for most of us living in these areas, defense is not an issue either. Especially when hundreds of people band together. 120 years ago everyone lived like this. Don’t underestimate the American people..

This narrative is crazy to me. They act like people didn’t organize and nomadically hunt or make villages thriving on hunting as a survival strategy for THOUSANDS upon THOUSANDS of years without “taking a pot shot at someone because there’s a deer there”. The strategy becomes clear. Group up, and kill the freaks that would rather only go at it themselves. No one is surviving catastrophe utterly alone. Never has been that way, never will be that way.
