✨ Boise Treasure Valley Classic — that’s a wrap! ✨
Our first out-of-state show together, and what a week it was! 🤍
Ace and I competed in the .95m, and we had so many fun moments, new experiences, and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. I couldn’t be happier with how he handled everything, especially considering this was his first out-of-state show ever. Between a new venue, the grass arena, XC right next door, the long drive, and overnight stalling, he had a lot of new things to take in — and he took it all in stride. He was such a good boy and truly took care of me. 🥹
I felt like we grew more confident with every day and every round. The first day, Ace was understandably a little distracted by everything going on around him, and by our final day, I think he was simply feeling the effects of a busy week. We had a few rails throughout the week, but each one gave me something to learn from, and I’m excited to take those lessons home and keep improving.
So grateful for this experience, the lessons we’re taking home, and the memories we made along the way. 🤍
