As we approach World Mental Health Day on October 10, let’s remember that mental health deserves a place in every conversation, including in our Greek communities🤍

Brotherhood and sisterhood are about more than the good times. They’re about showing up for one another, checking in when something feels off, listening without judgment, and reminding our people that they don’t have to navigate the hard days alone. Mental health matters. Your brother matters. Your sister matters. And creating a community where people feel safe to be honest, ask for help, and be supported matters, too.

So today, tag a brother or sister who means the world to you. Tell them something kind. Remind them you’re proud of them. And most importantly, remind them you love them.
