Move with purpose 🎀

Join us this Pink October for movement with intention

In breast cancer research, higher physical activity has been associated with better survival outcomes.

We’ve had the honor of speaking with breast cancer survivors who expressed that movement did indeed improve their quality of life and physical functioning during and after treatment 💕

This is the power of intentional movement.

All proceeds generously donated from our free Pink Classes and in the money boxes at the reception will be donated to @europadonnamt
