Downtown Portland is moving in the right direction, and it was great to spend some time walking through it today. Swickard Group is investing in Portland, Oregon because we believe in this city and the people who live and work here. There is still work to do, but the energy in downtown Portland is real, and we're excited to be part of the next chapter for Portland's business community and its future.

Unless it magically transformed between 9pm last night and right this second you might need to look up the definition of those words you used to describe Portland I definitely watched a guy shit on the sidewalk after tipping over a trash can while I was stuck at a stop light because everyone was looking at the trash fire on the sidewalk 😂😂
