Thank you, Rowan. Your hearts are so beautiful, I can’t believe I get to know your stories. This has felt so full.
My cousin, Lorin Maurer, attended Rowan as a swimmer. She was tragically killed in the crash of Flight 3407, and knowing that she once walked these halls and was a part of this community made being here feel even more purposeful.
I’m so grateful that our stories can somehow meet here… hers through the memories she left behind, and mine through the stories we’re building.
