Meet Paul Gray, a dedicated Qualico team member for 15 years.
As Senior Project Manager with StreetSide Winnipeg, Paul helps bring thoughtfully planned communities to life by creating condominium housing options that support diverse lifestyles and homeownership opportunities.
Over the years, he's been proud to contribute to projects that make a lasting impact including Rise Condominiums, StreetSide's largest condominium development to date. Completed during the challenges of the pandemic, the project became one of Paul's most rewarding accomplishments and is a reflection of the resilience and collaboration behind every Qualico community.
What inspires Paul most is Qualico's long-term vision of creating complete communities with the homes, services, and amenities people need to thrive. As Qualico celebrates 75 years, Paul is proud to be part of the legacy that began with Dr. David and Katherine Friesen and continues to shape communities today.
