Today reminded me why I love investing in young people. ❤️

I had the privilege of visiting a school today as part of their Teachers’ Day celebration, and I was given the opportunity to speak with some amazing young learners.

I didn’t just want to talk about school. I wanted to talk about life.

Because one day, the exams will be over.
The school uniform will come off.
The certificates will be collected.
And the real world will begin.

So we talked about some of the things they need to know to navigate that world—character, choices, relationships, skills, money, responsibility, confidence and the importance of making wise decisions.

My message to them was simple:

Don’t only prepare to pass exams. Prepare to succeed in life.

Watching them listen, respond, laugh and engage reminded me that sometimes, a conversation that may seem small to us can leave a lasting impression on a young person.

To the school, thank you for the invitation and for trusting me with your learners. 🙏🏽

And to every teacher who continues to pour knowledge, patience, discipline and love into the next generation, Happy Teachers’ Day. ❤️
