Parabéns meu amor, muitas felicidades. Que Deus te proteja e ilumine o seu caminho e que vc continue sendo esse cara incrível❤️ o aniversário é seu, mas o presente é meu por ter a dádiva de conviver contigo!

THE BLESSINGS DON’T STOP SO WE DON’T STOP!!! NEVERRR!! BIG SHOUT TO @hemah_k THANK YOU FOR THE COSTUME AND LOVE FOR YOUR HALLOWEEN TURN UP!!! YOU DEFINITELY GOT MY VOTE FOR ONE OF THE BEST HALLOWEEN FITS!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I built my body with time and consistency, not extremes.

This didn’t take weeks or months…it took YEARS.
Because I had to BUILD from the ground up.

To be honest, I’ve even surprised myself with what I’ve been able to accomplish - especially with some of the health challenges and limitations I’ve had.

But I never used those as an excuse to hold me back. I just put my head down and got to work, and stopped worrying about the outcome or how long it would take.

I hope I can inspire you to be the best YOU can be, to focus on the controllables and to be thankful for what you’re able to do. What a gift and privilege it is to be able to move your body. Please don’t take it for granted.

It’s never too late to be your healthiest, strongest self.

Always rooting for you. ❤️🙏
