๐จ๐ณ Did not expect to end up at the hospital in China but here we are. I injured my knee during training and now I'm in a brace with crutches and a rest order. A REST ORDER! ๐ญ๐ฉ. Le sigh. The athlete's life, I suppose. I guess now we embrace the recovery process. It's all part of the journey. โค๏ธโ๐ฉน
