🍌 TEDDY GRAHAM S’MORES BANANA BREAD 🍞

This banana bread was soooooo good, messy but definitely worth it 😂

2 ripe bananas, mashed
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ cup vegetable oil
1 large egg, room temperature
¼ cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup finely crushed Cinnamon Teddy Grahams
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
Chocolate chips, measured with your heart ❤️
Mini marshmallows, enough to cover the top
Extra chocolate chips, for topping
Extra crushed Cinnamon Teddy Grahams, for topping

Here’s what to do:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Mix the dry ingredients. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside. In a separate large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vegetable oil until well combined. Add the egg and vanilla extract and whisk again until smooth. Fold in the mashed bananas, Greek yogurt until just combined. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Be careful not to overmix. Fold in the chocolate chips and crushed Cinnamon Teddy Grahams. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake at 350°F for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out almost clean with a few moist crumbs.
Add the marshmallows. Remove the banana bread from the oven and cover the top with mini marshmallows. Switch the oven to broil and broil until the marshmallows are golden and toasted to your liking. Watch them VERY carefully they can burn quickly! Immediately sprinkle the top with extra chocolate chips and whole Teddy Grahams. Allow the banana bread to cool until it is set enough to slice. Then cut, serve, and enjoy! 🍌🍫🔥
