Something I’ve been quietly working towards…🤭 This year I really wanted to challenge myself in a different way. I’ve spent years building strength, competing in bodybuilding and powerlifting, but getting genuinely FIT was something I wanted to work on. So my running era began. A side quest to my strength training goals.
