History made!!
Billy Coates creates history by becoming the first ever SKOBFC player to win the prestigious @vafahq Woodrow medal🏅
His coach, Anthony “Plugger” Lynch, described Billy as “The ultimate role model, the ultimate team mate and club man, no one is more dedicated to the cause and in turn no one is more deserving of this incredible award.”
Club President, Pat Mount, went on to add “Coatesy is everything you could ask for in a player - universally respected, ultra consistent and a fantastic person on & off field. The Woodrow is an award that has eluded us for many years and it is fitting that our inaugural winner is Bill Coates. Very well deserved.”
From all at SKOB we congratulate big Coatesy on his great achievement!! SKOB also extends our congratulations to joint winner, Sam Conway of @uniblacksfc
