If I could go back and tell the girl on the left one thing, it would be this: You have no idea what you’re capable of. This journey has been about so much more than building muscle or changing the way my body looks. It’s been about discipline, patience, learning, failing, starting over and showing up even when things don’t go as planned. I’ve spent over 22 years in the gym, and I can honestly say that the biggest transformation didn’t happen overnight. It happened through thousands of small decisions that nobody saw. I learned that doing MORE isn’t always better. That food isn’t the enemy. That recovery matters just as much as training. That consistency will always beat perfection. And most importantly, I stopped chasing a version of myself that I thought I needed to become and started building one that I was actually proud of. I’m still learning. Still growing. Still setting new goals. Because fitness was never just about the body. It’s about building a life where you feel strong, confident and capable. And if there’s one thing I want other women to understand, it’s that you are not too old, too busy or too far behind to start investing in yourself. You just need a plan, some patience and the right guidance. If you’re ready to start your own transformation, I’d love to help you. My 1:1 coaching is designed to help you build muscle, lose body fat, develop confidence and create a lifestyle you can actually maintain. DM me COACHIDA and let’s get started. 🀍
Your words aren’t the problem. Your tone is. You can ask a hard question without making someone defensive. Try this: β€œOut of curiosity…” Three simple words. They soften the question. They lower resistance. They make curiosity feel genuine instead of confrontational. Then pay attention to your delivery. Smile while you speak. Your voice changes immediately. Same words. Different energy. How often is your tone creating tension you never intended? Out curiosity if you want to see the full video comment β€œwatchnow”
Here's a product opportunity I spotted while exploring China's electronics supply chain！ At a trade show in Hong Kong, I met a supplier demonstrating a foldable keyboard with a pretty clever design. Instead of having a separate trackpad, part of the keyboard itself works as one. It's compact, portable, and has a clear use case for people working from phones, tablets, or other mobile setups. For importers, wholesalers, and tech brands, the interesting question isn't just whether the product is cool. It's whether this design solves a real problem customers are willing to pay for. Would you test this product in your market? #electronics #foldablekeyboard #techinnovation #chinasourcing
I’ve loved the Tolkien universe since I read his books as a child. The Lord Of The Rings has been such a huge part of my life. Being a part of this ancient story is such an honour. To shed light on the good behind any evil, and the evil behind any good. Working with the team, and @bearmccreary on this has been an adventure in itself. I am very very grateful. β€˜Morning Shall Come’, our track written for The Lord of The Rings: The Rings of Power season 3 is out at midnight wherever you are. We can’t wait for you to hear it πŸ§β€β™€οΈ
