Seems like this person doesn't know much about healthcare to tell the difference of normal and abnormal instances. My peers and colleagues that are women are not excused if their menstruation does not cause them any illness or anything outside of the regular during work hours, but if it does, they either get sent home or rest in the clinic. While if men gets blood from his anus, that's an irregular occurrence which cannot be helped simply by a nurse in a work clinic and needs to be looked at by a specialist. I thought you had a master's degree? Why not using it to analyze it for something as simple as this.
