Ernesto or Ernestina - Rossini’s little-known comedy about a woman disguised as a cross dressing castrato opens soon at this year’s Wexford Festival. A few more days of rehearsals and this joyful, bonkers opera will be brought to life by a fantastic team. Opening night is streamed on RTE.ie and will be made available later on Opera Vision.
