Happy #GAPreKWeek, one of my favorite weeks of the year!
Thank you to the teachers, staff, @seemegrowela, and partners at @brightfromthestart and @georgiavoices who help #todayslearners become #tomorrowsleaders by teaching children to love reading and learning and building skills they’ll use for the rest of their lives.
Earlier this year I introduced HB 1474, the Supporting Early Education and Development (SEED) Act, which would provide up to $100 million in tax credits for contributions to qualified childcare organizations. I look forward to working with colleagues on both sides of the aisle to increase our investment in the next generation.
