After losing his husband Andrew following an eight-year battle with brain cancer, Russell knows what it means to face a future without the person you thought you’d spend the rest of your life with.
He also opens up about growing up in Swansea, finding his place through theatre, and the experiences that shaped his writing.

Russell T Davies is amazing. I love his work, his writing is brilliant and have important messages and lessons in a his work. The first thing i saw of his work was doctor who and i absolutely loved it. most of the things that i have watched that he has written i chose to watch because i knew he wrote it and i knew i could realy on him to have made it great, and hes never let me down. I have only seen a few of his interviews and he becomes a more and more interesting person the more you learn about him. Im sure this interview will also be great
