About 27 years ago, Curtis and I hiked down from Mt. Elbert in CO, after he proposed. Shortly after we made it back to camp and made the announcement to our friends. At which time, Chris Torissi, in this photo with us, declares he wants to make a toast.
He proceeds to inform us that over 50% of marriages and in divorce, “So, here’s a toast the future EX-Mrs. Curtis Claybaker!”
Little did he know, that day he gave us just another reason to keep proving his ass wrong every year! So, here’s to #26! 😂
Yesterday was special because we got to be ON the river with that a$$hole to celebrate the big day! AND, I soloed the Nantahala for the first time, thanks to him and his boat. We love you, T! 🙏🏼🫂🫶🏼💚😂🏕️🛶
