Giana Alexander

25 years. Two services. One mission. 🚀

I started this journey as a cadet at Grambling State University ROTC, never imagining where it would lead. Today, in the Pentagon, I took the oath of office as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Space Force.

And the person who administered that oath? @msrenetteh My friend who started this path with me at Grambling all those years ago. Decades later, we're still serving, still lifting each other up, and standing in the halls of the Pentagon together. Some bonds are forged early and only get stronger. 🤝

Twenty-five years in the Air Force taught me discipline, resilience, and what it means to serve something bigger than myself. Now I'm carrying that legacy into a new chapter as a Guardian, helping shape the future of the domain above us.
To my family, mentors, and everyone who's believed in me along the way: thank you. This milestone belongs to you too.

Same oath. New mission. Semper Supra. 🌌
