We’re hiring! We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) — Outbound Sales to help us build new relationships and create business opportunities across the fitness and wellness industry.
This role is all about creating conversations: identifying the right prospects, reaching out, building relationships, following up consistently, and connecting potential partners with the SweatWorks team.
We’re looking for someone who is driven, disciplined, curious, and comfortable taking initiative. Traditional B2B sales experience isn’t required — experience in membership sales, boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, or another high-touch sales environment can be a great fit.
