New signs are up on the Idaho side of Teton Pass👀

Wyoming’s new WY22 Teton Safe Pass program is now being enforced. Vehicles over 10,000 pounds must be pre-certified before traveling Teton Pass beyond the Idaho-Wyoming border.

We are helping get the word out with signs along SH-33 and at turnouts near the border. Learn more about the program and pre-certification process through WYDOT’s Safe Pass program.

Ah yes, the old “self assessment because we trust you will do the right thing” after all a certification is definitely what has been causing accidents. No possible way it could just be 18 wheelers, over gross tonnage, and people hauling things don’t belong on that pass.

Self Certify? This is really starting to look like the cheapest option your attorneys proposed.
