Comment “SHOP” for the links! 🔗 Trending Amazon kids gifts for Christmas 2026! Here’s what I’d grab before they sell out 🎄🎁 #christmasgifts #amazonfinds commissioned links
Forever starts today. I feel like the luckiest man on Earth to propose to the most beautiful, intelligent, and sweetest woman I’ve ever met. You’ve elevated my life in so many ways & I can’t wait to take your hand in marriage. You are the brightest light in a city of endless opportunities. I truly believe the world is ours when I am with you. There is nothing we cannot do when we are together. You are so easy to love. The Joneses coming soon!
5 health ‘hacks’ I don’t believe in or truely just think are overrated ➡️ If you need a ring or number to tell you slept badly, you’re not optimising… You’ve just outsourced the one sensor you were born with. Use the data to learn, not to decide how you feel. Gentle movement has its place. But your body still needs to be able to jump, sprint, lift and land, otherwise it slowly forgets how to. If your bedtime routine has 11 steps, it’s actually just keeping you up. A dark room, that’s nice and cool and aim for bed at the same time each night 🤷🏼‍♀️ Ice baths, massage guns and compression boots are nice but sleep is free. If your sleep sucks, just start there. It’s the most important tool for recovery. Sunlight, lemon water, journaling, breathwork… by the time you finish, the day’s over 😂 Pick one & start your day!
They say these are the new #Itshoes of the season, but that rarely influences what I buy. For me, it was simply love at first sight. Comment SHOP for the links and size reference ⬇ https://liketk.it/6riHF #newshoes #cowprint #slingback #styleover50
