At the first break, Katie Lichten and HTS Jensen R lead the CCI4*-L on 31.3, the best four-star test of the 10-year-old’s career with Katie. @woodsbaughman and Hopak de Greenbay Z closest on 32.1.
Katie knows this arena. She won the CCI3*-S here in 2021 on Yarrow, finishing on her dressage score, the same year she was named USEA Adult Amateur of the Year while still finishing her degree. Five years and 92 FEI starts on, she’s back at Morven Park as a professional and leading a US Equestrian Open Final field.
Nine of 38 ridden. Long way to go, strong start.
