Logged Case No. 46 | Upper Molar Endo - Resto Case
Another case @durensawitdentalclinic of a painful tooth that became severe enough to interfere with sleep and daily activities. 😣🦷
During the root canal treatment, a rubber dam was used to keep the treatment area clean and dry, prevent contamination from saliva, and protect the patient from accidentally swallowing or inhaling any instruments or dental materials. This helps make the procedure safer, more comfortable, and more effective. ✨
The case was indicated for cuspal coverage restoration, unfortunately case was finished with composite restoration as an interim solution before proceed with the definitive restoration.
Hopefully, the patient feels better soon, can return to their daily activities comfortably, and complete the treatment with the final permanent restoration. 😇🦷✊🏻

Upon cleaning and shaping during first visit, MB2 canal was weeping of blood, pus, and exudates that couldn’t be dried after 15 mins of attempted drying.
So we placed calcium hydroxide as a predictable approach
4 system canals. Dry and ready for obturation.
Direct Onlay Composite using @micerium UD6 Dentin Color @klikdental
Multiple exits on palatal canals.
